Période de Floraison/Blooming Period - Centre Culturel Georges Vanier Exhibition March 21-April 25, 2019

The Centre Culturel Georges Vanier was a beautifully luminous space to fill. Opening night, something special happened at about 7 pm and the colour of the sky filled the windows with a deep blue and for that the moment the outside created an ephemeral harmony with the artworks.
If you came, thank you, and if you couldn't the slideshow is the next best thing. It was my first solo show in Montreal, but it didn't happen all alone. It was thanks to my husband, my son, the Department of Art Education at Concordia University, Dr. Kathleen Vaughan, Dr. Lorrie Blair, all my colleagues, Emma Hoch, and of course, the entire team at CCGV for their translation, installation, and mediation.
